A six-month developmental programme for people keen to learn and apply service design in their work. From learning the theory to applying it in practice, this programme develops confidence and capability and shifts mindsets.
This is a deep dive for people keen to take the plunge and a pathway to becoming an SDN Accredited Service Design Practitioner.
