Leah Lockhart joins the team

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Leah has joined our partners team.

Leah is highly skilled in digital engagement, online workshop design and facilitation, and user research. She will be a great asset to our growing partner network and we’re really excited to welcome her on board.

As facilitator, she helps groups of people come together for discussions and workshops using methods and structures that prioritise inclusion. She specialises in meeting and workshop design for online gatherings - which is especially useful right now! 

In her design research work, she helps organisations understand if their policies and services are working for the people they are meant to serve.

In her practice, Leah is most influenced by co-production, co-design and participatory action research, with a special interest in understanding how design can be used to dismantle structural inequalities. She works to design justice principles.

Leah has worked with a variety of UK public services - from local government, NHS, non-departmental government bodies, charities and community groups and is an active member of Co-production Network Wales.
